The week is over and after being contorted by a physio and tortured by my dentist I have to say I’m glad and so to celebrate here we have tonight’s cocktail. It is a peachy cranberry concoction and it’s so delicious I haven’t stopped at 1!
Peachy Cranberry Cocktail
25ml peach liqueur
25ml white rum
75ml cranberry juice
Put all the ingredients in a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake and pour into glass. Like I said I’m on my 2nd one of these so need I say more…. yummy!
Have a lovely weekend. I’m still having to lay off the digging…. I’ve got to break it to my non-gardener husband that he has got to prepare the ground for all the fruit canes and bushes that are arriving next week.

Very easy and very tasty, may need to tweak the sweetness to personal taste but a lovely Friday night tipple!
