SERVICE
Initial Visit - After our initial communication we will visit your garden to discuss the process. This meeting helps to formulate the brief, outlining your requirements, tastes and any other influencing factors. We will discuss various ideas during this meeting and following this provide you with a guide estimate as to what the initial design stage will cost.
Site Survey - In order to prepare the design proposals we need a full, accurate survey of the site on which to work. In the case of small gardens we are able to carry out the survey ourselves, for larger sites we will organise a land surveyor to undertake the work.
Initial Design Stage - The initial design proposals will be presented and the ideas discussed, if there are any changes to be made they will be discussed and then the plan will be revised accordingly.
Construction Drawings - If required construction drawings of specific garden structures, water features or hard surfaces will be prepared.
Planting Plan & Schedule - The Planting Plan shows the location and spacing of all the plants in the design. This is accompanied by a Plant Schedule listing the plant names, sizes and quantities.
Appointing Contractors & Project Management - We are happy to appoint a contractor to carry out the work on your behalf and to ensure a successful outcome we are available to monitor the progress of the garden during construction.
Planting and Aftercare - Once the garden has been constructed we are able to source, supply and set out all the plants in your garden and organise the planting. Once the garden is completed we are available to help with seasonal clear ups and teach you or your gardener how to care for your new garden.
